Where does the inspiration for your jewelry come from?
Our designs are shaped by everything around us—travel, people, music, art, culture, even the scent of a place or a scene from a film. Inspiration comes from the textures of an old city, the rhythm of a song, or the colors in a vintage painting. Each piece is a blend of heritage and modernity, crafted with careful research and storytelling to make jewelry that feels personal, timeless, and full of character.

Where are you based?
Era Stories started in Calcutta and has now expanded to Goa and Jaipur. Each city adds its own influence—Calcutta’s heritage, Goa’s creativity, and Jaipur’s craftsmanship. We operate from these locations and ship all over India.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
What materials do you use? We use premium materials, including high-quality brass with 22-carat gold plating, 92.5 sterling silver, semi-precious gemstones, and pearls, to create jewelry that blends timeless beauty with superior craftsmanship.

How do I place an order?
Shopping with us is effortless. Browse our collections, select your desired piece, add your selection to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. If you need assistance at any step, our team is always here to help.
Oh no! The piece I love is sold out—what can I do?

Can I have my order sent as a gift?
Yes, we offer luxurious gift packaging to make every piece even more special. Reach out to us on hello@erastories.in where we can assist you further, add a personal note, and we’ll ensure an exquisite unboxing experience with no pricing details included.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, our digital gift cards are perfect for those who love fine jewelry and the joy of choosing. Available in various amounts, they can be redeemed only on our website.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure and convenient payment options, including major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets. We also have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for domestic orders. Unfortunately, COD is not available for international customers. Our checkout is encrypted to ensure a smooth and safe transaction.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@erastories.in, We’ll do our best to assist you. However, custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled once production begins.
2. SHIPPING
Do you ship across India?
Absolutely! We offer free shipping across India because we want your experience to be as seamless as possible. Your jewelry will arrive beautifully packaged, ready to be worn or gifted.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within India is on us. For international orders, a shipping fee of ₹2,000 applies. Any applicable customs duties or taxes will need to be covered by the recipient. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
When will I get my order?
Each piece is carefully handcrafted and processed with precision. Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation mail. Once the package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email. You can follow your package’s journey in real time. If you need any assistance, our team is always here to help.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Our pieces can be shipped internationally, but all orders must be prepaid, COD is not available for international shipments.
Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
We want your jewelry to reach you safely. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, let us know, and we will resend your order. Just email us at hello@erastories.in, and we’ll take care of the rest.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We offer a 48-hour exchange policy from the time of delivery. If you wish to exchange your piece, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the piece arrives damaged.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on hello@erastories.in with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a return as necessary.
4. JEWELRY CARE & CUSTOMIZATION
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, deodorants, and makeup. Always remove your pieces before swimming, bathing, or showering. Clean gently with a soft, moist cloth and dry thoroughly. Store each piece separately to prevent scratches—our signature Era Stories box or the provided pouches help keep your jewelry safe and tangle-free.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Absolutely! We’d love to bring your vision to life. Email us at hello@erastories.in with your request and measurements, and we’ll take care of the rest. As each piece is crafted exclusively for you, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we accept bulk and wholesale orders! For inquiries, email us at hello@erastories.in. We also offer corporate gifting for birthdays, anniversaries, events, and more.
