Returns

We want your ERA jewels to feel like little heirlooms that you can keep forever.

1. Received in Damaged Condition
All pieces are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you notice any damage or it occurs during shipping, we’ll replace it. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email. For hygiene reasons, we don’t offer exchanges, but you can request one at erastoriesindia@gmail.com. Additional charges may apply.

2. Wear &Tear / Tarnish
We offer one complimentary replating or repolishing service within one year of purchase to keep your jewelry looking its best.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at erastoriesindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image or a video of the item at erastoriesindia@gmail.com.
  • If there is a genuine defect or damage in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address and received by us(in the original condition).
  • Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
  • No returns or refunds are issued for custom on-order pieces and items purchased during sale or on discounted items unless received visibly damaged or broken.

Shipping of Returns

The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Cancellation of Orders

Once confirmed we do not cancel any orders unless it is due to an exception such as - payment made by accident / payment wrongly made on your behalf, in which case please notify us within 48 hours, at for initiating the cancellation.
